Mediation
In a mediation, the parties brief their side of the dispute before an independent neutral. The parties then meet with the neutral, typically for one full day, to try and negotiate a mutually agreeable settlement.
The mediator does not have power to force a settlement. However, the mediator can help each side see the strengths and weaknesses of their case, provide independent feedback, and provide ways for the parties to settle.
Services can be provided virtually or in-person in New York or Amsterdam.
